RESERVATION POLICY
Prefer two nights on weekends
(a 1-night weekend stay is sometimes available)
Prefer three nights on holiday weekends
Rooms are reserved with a deposit in US funds
Request one night deposit at time of reservation.
Two-night deposit for 4 or more-night stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $35 cancellation fee will be charged per room cancellation.
If you cancel your stay 14 days prior to arrival,
your deposit will be refunded (less cancellation fee)
If you cancel your stay less than 14 days prior to arrival,
your deposit will be refunded (less cancellation fee)
ONLY if we are able to re-rent the room for your entire stay.
